Head of Marine Surveying (m/f/d) in Miltzow (Stralsund)

What do we expect? 

• Acquisition of new projects, especially in the field of hydrographic surveying 
• Expansion of our existing customer base so that we can continue to be successful and achieve more success 
• Generation of offers covering the various services in the offshore area 
• planning of projects, together with the main project manager 
• responsible to leading a team of up to 10 employees 
• You conduct interviews, staff planning and are their first point of contact 
• work in close relation with our other departments as well as our other branches in Germany and Poland 

Required experiences: 

• Completed studies / professional training in the field of geosciences or a comparable qualification 
• at least 5 years of professional experience in a management position with at least 10 employees 
• good situational and negotiation skills, with the aim of continuously improving cooperation with partners 
• experience in leadership and development 
• a communicative and assertive personality, as well as a high degree of responsibility
