20 years of GEO

Surveying for more than 20 years

GEO Ingenieurservice was founded on April 1, 1997. Rainer Kipfmüller, Eckhard Kacan and Andreas Schmidt ventured into self-employment together with the Warrings shipping company.

The company began with 8 employees. After 20 years, GEO is one of the leading independent surveying offices in Germany and employs more than 170 people at 10 locations. On 25.11.2017, GEO celebrated this with its employees and their families at the Van der Valk Resort in Linstow with a big anniversary gala.
