New building update

Our new office building in Sande is taking shape! At the beginning of December, it was time for the topping-out ceremony.

At the beginning of December, the time had finally come: we celebrated our topping-out ceremony in Sande! The timber frame construction is complete and progress is also being made inside. The first interior walls are in place, so you can already see where the future offices will be located.

All the construction companies currently involved, our employees, shareholders, representatives of the municipality of Sande and the neighbors were invited to the topping-out ceremony. A total of around 50 guests attended the ceremony.

At the beginning, all those present were able to view the new building and get an idea of the construction progress in daylight. A moment that made the anticipation of the new office building even more tangible.

A highlight of the day was the “last nail”: Roland Liebert and Jens Roschke had to climb onto the scaffolding as builders to hammer the symbolic last nail into the beam.

Once they were back on solid ground, Jens Roschke gave a short speech. He thanked everyone involved for the great cooperation and emphasized that thanks to the employees who contributed their ideas, this construction project is a joint achievement. “It’s not my new building, it’s our new building,” said Jens. Afterwards, we went into the building, where snacks and cold drinks awaited everyone. The relaxed atmosphere provided plenty of room for conversation and socializing.

A successful day full of tradition and community – and another important step on the way to completing our new office building.
