One totalstation test, please!
On April 3, 2025, our locations in Bamberg, Wilhelmshaven and Miltzow were a little more crowded – and a lot more curious: As part of this year’s Future Day, we welcomed interested young people aged 10 to 16 to our company.
And they had the opportunity to get a taste of real surveying right away:
After a short introduction and a safety briefing, the young people got started: setting up total stations, controlling drones, trying out surveying instruments – everything that makes our work so exciting, the young people were allowed to try out for themselves.
A real highlight: In Bamberg, we even went out on the water – on one of our surveying boats, the participants were able to experience first-hand how modern marine surveying works.
A huge thank you goes to our dedicated colleagues at all three locations, who put their heart and soul, patience and expertise into making this day possible – and of course to the young guests for their curiosity, their many questions and their spirit of discovery!!!
We hope that the spark of enthusiasm has been passed on to the participants. Maybe we’ll see one or two of them again – as an apprentice or as part of a degree course.
